With over 11 years in staffing and consulting, Nery Alonzo has dedicated his career to helping organizations connect with the right talent at the right time. He began at the world’s largest specialized staffing firm, where he mastered best-in-class recruitment practices and built a diverse client portfolio spanning start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in Accounting, Finance, and Administration. He later joined a start-up where—with just a phone and a laptop—he was tasked with building a practice from the ground up. In a highly competitive market, he grew a thriving Financial Services headhunting division, an experience that cemented his entrepreneurial foundation. Today, as Managing Partner of OneSearch Group, Nery leads with a client-first philosophy and entrepreneurial mindset, creating recruitment experiences that go beyond filling roles to build lasting partnerships and long-term success.
